We strongly encourage in-person appointments as we believe the most effective way to treat you is by seeing you face to face, allowing us to create a personalised and effective treatment plan.
What clothing should I wear for my appointment?
Wear sensible, loose, and comfortable clothing. For example, it’s much easier to assess a knee when wearing shorts.
